Why my Haplopelma Hainanum(Chinese Black Earth Tiger) Tarantula not digging a hole?

Hi,I just got a Hainanum yesterday, about 3 inches long,it was really really difficult to switch her from that box to another habitat that i set up for her,'cause these species are very fast and aggressive and pretty painful venomous,my spoon just touched her a little bit and she held and bit it like three times or more,It was scared the hell outta me.The question is I didn't make a hiding place for her,coz I think these species are usually dig a hole to be their hiding place .But today I saw her still on the ground and use her legs to hide herself,it's really pitiful to see that but I definitely do not want to go touch her again so far.Is she ever gonna dig a hole?
