Have you ever noticed?

That there are certain people who can NEVER attract anyone of the opposite , no matter what they do? These people might be totally normal, with both good and bad qualities but nothing out of the ordinary. Yet there is an unexplainable reason why they never score. I am a 23 year old man in such a situation. How do I figure out what I'm doing wrong? I'm not talking about . I'm just referring to normal chit-chat leading to romance. I am unable to get a woman interested beyond the "Hi, the weather is nice today" stage.
