Miss Landmine insulting to people with disabilities?

Not something I could see myself doing if I were a woman and I had trodden on a land mine at some point in my life. It does speak volumes about the dangers that 30-40 year old still-active landmines though. You would think that the Cambodian government would've done something about it by now.
