Why do white Americans not like to hire or ociate with minorities?

I don't necessarily think that's true. Maybe it depends on the area one lives in. Fraternities do seem racially divided, but I think work places vary depending on the racial makeup of the state they are in. As far as marriage goes, as a white person, I have dated interracially more than I have dated within my race. All of my siblings have dated interracially also, as well as my mother and grandmother, after their divorces. I think you are generalizing, racism still exists, but not every white person is racist.
