I just took a painkiller with coeden in it.. whats coeden do to u?

i had a killer migraine and NO painkillers at all cept these pills i got wen i completely fractured my arm, it says its a generic tylenol with coeden, whats coeden do to u? like is it some drug that just kills pain? or does it like make u a little out of it?
