Sbc popping noise throw mufflers?

i have a sbc 40 over 350 with a 486/500 lift cam, 650 holley , 6al box, mds distribtor.headers and flow masters mufflers . could someone tell me why when i let off the gas it pops throw my mufflers its like loud rummbling noise.?? what could cause this ??
