I have a secret admirer and I have no idea who it is and what to do about it?

On valentines day I was at working doing what I normally do and I got a nice bag with a teddy bear, a heart filled with chocolate and three balloons tied to the bag. The note on the tage said "Happy Valentines Day" from your Secret Admirer. Now for the past three days I have been trying to figure out who would send this to me, I am not seeing anyone and I am not really talking to anybody so I am really confused and I really wish I knew who it was. Any advice? By the way I am a guy if that has any bearing on your suggestion.
