Should I count alcohol calories while trying to gain muscle?

I am about 6'1 and weigh 165 pounds so I am a bit scrawny. I am trying to gain weight by eating about 3200-3500 calories a day. I also use a resistance rope or free weights 2-3 times a week. I eat all healthy carbs fats and red&white meats. I drink the occasional hard cider which is 200 calories per bottle. Im wondering should i count that towards my calorie amount or just ignore it and count it as extra?
