I'm concerned for my neighbors, what should I do?

They are moving out of the neighborhood today. On the news this morning I heard that a rental truck had been stolen from a nearby U-Haul. They haven't caught anyone, but a rental truck that has 'U-Haul' scribbled out in Jungle Fever red lipstick just pulled up to their driveway. It say's 'Tyrell's Moving Co' written on it instead. There is a large black man loading their 50" TV and $7,000 computer into the truck now. I am kind of suspicious, should I tell them? What do I do? Do you think he is the ape who took the truck?
