To anyone who owns a Eddie Bauer stroller? or just anyone who has bought a new stroller before.. ?

Hey everyone.. I had my baby shower yesterday and my mom and I had been looking at this really nice Eddie Bauer stroller for so long.. we finally got it and we set it up.. and I noticed its quite stiff and hard to open, and the harness buckle is hard to use (it doesnt open right away, and the ons are hard to squeeze) I am very disapointed.. and feel like this stroller now sucks.. It was very expensive.. and I was wondering to anyone who has owned this product or any new stroller product in general.. Are the strollers usually stiff and hard to use at first?? Do they loosen up and become easier to use after being used a few times? thanks alot
