Rough idle, rpms move slightly only when lower oil readings?

you also complained about the ticking noises which i believe are valve problems. valve problems could cause power loss like you are complaining about. i would seriously look into your valve train. maybe its time for a valve job on your heads. whats the mileage you have on those heads, or since last valve job? something to look into
