Start Colston for sure...he is a beast and against a suspect Redskins' D, he should explode. If Hines Ward plays, play him because the Steelers will look to make a late playoff push and they need him so expect a touchdown at least. Avoid Bruce because he is playing the #1 p D in Oakland. Glenn is playing Atlanta so he is the most likely to score. Mason will get some yards but probably not a score. Johnson will have trouble doing either probably. For your 3rd receiver go with Glenn. So Colston, Ward, and Glenn (make sure Ward is playing though).
