My son is 2 months old and it sounds like his throat and chest is congested....?

He has never had anything wrong with him, but starting in the middle of the night last night i could hear him breathing, and he sneezes every so often, and coughs. But there is no boogers in his nose, so what do i do to get rid of this? Should i call his doctor??
