My girlfriend is pregnant, and I don't know what to do. Please Help?

we have the same situation, we love each other so much,i was just afraid if i get pregnant we cant take the responsibilities, i want to abort it but afraid to take any punishment. we both wanted, i don't know what and how to solve this,were both young and planed so many things, what should i do?
