Lakers should trade Pau Gasol for who?

Whether to trade him and for whom is a question that can't be answered without addressing the most glaring problem, Bynum and Brown are the only players with meaningful minutes this season under the age of 30. Add to that the lack of perimeter shooting, moving Gasol or anyone else has to be for youth, speed and an outside shot. Not so sure one guy can fill the bill.
