Israeli/Palastine And U.S. Involvement question?

ok my american govt. cl is setup like a simulated govt. im in the foreign affairs committee and i have to come up with a bill that has to do with Israeli/Palestine And U.S. Involvement. any ideas anyone ? please i need help !!!! and the bill cant be for us not to get involved !! I know there's conflict between the two because of the Gaza strip and the wailing wall. what i was thinking of was to come up with a bill that would split the wall so that they both have equal usage of it or something.
