I NEED HELP WITH CHAPPED LIPS!?

Hey! My lips are red and kinda dry (with a little dry skin) and it burns! Should i apply eos Lip Balm or Burt's bee's chap-stick?!? please give me other options besides any chap stick or petroleum jelly.. i need help NOW! thanks 4 everything.. best answer receives 10 points :)
