HALLOWEEN: what hair/makeup would look good on my best friend and I? (+ Pics included)?

You should both wear pigtails. She should stick with simple makeup like some light lipstick and a little bit of eyeliner. Now you look kind of like me so you should take my advice. Don't wear lipstick that is too dark. If you want to, use powder to make your face even paler. Where red/pink blush to make it look like you have been out running around on a cold day. If you want your eyes to look really green wear purple or redish eyeshadow. Do this and trust me, it'll be cute!
