Convicted for a crime I didn't commit.?

In 2006 I filled out a app at a job. I didn't get the job. In 2007 a year later I recieved a call from the attorney general telling to turn myself in to the court so I can get arrested. When I went to court I was being charge with lying on a application I filled out in 2006. I tried explaining I don't know what they are talking about. I was placed on probation for 18months 20days in jail and paid fee's. When I got out I checked my own background check and I had burglary on there and its been on there for 4 years and I never knew. I called and fax information to the state police showing proof I never commited the crime and they took it off with no problem. So I wrote the Judge called my probation officer and told them there was a mistake. I asked what do I need to do to get off probation and get out the system and I was told there was nothing I can do. I'm not a racist person but the way they were talking to me was like I did the crime because I,m black. Now I cant get a Job or anything because they have me in the system for lying on a application, shows i been on probation, jail and everything. Is there anyone else that could help me?
