Can someone translate this French song?

the last two lines say that there is a fair bouquet and bells ring as flowers bloom, and a fair woman will recieve the flowers in joy (speaking of a wedding I ume). then it speaks of how the party is ending and the couple is leaving in happiness, goodbye beautiful bells and flowers (she throws the bouquet)
