Boneless thin top sirlloin steak-Please help!?

marinade it in olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and some salt for a few hours. OR you can use a bottle of italian dressing. put it in a ziploc bag and put it in the fridge. after it marinades for a few hours, get a cast iron skillet and get it screaming hot. put the steak in there and cook it on both sides until it is cooked to your liking. toss in a few onions and mushrooms and cook it until the veggies are soft. after you remove the steak from the pan, set it on a plate for 10 minutes before cutting into.
