91 300zx N/A Rough Idle/Jumping RPM and Smoke Problem?

White smoke = most likely blown head gasket. Do a compression check to see if your cylinders are within specs. Ohm spec your injectors to see if they are also within spec still. Also check all your electrical connections in the engine bay to see if they are green and corroded. Clean them out and see if that helps.
